Who we are

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with experience working in various settings, including private practice, community mental health, partial-hospital care and in-home child and adolescent therapy. Over the years, I've had the privilege of helping a wide range of clients, from adults and adolescents to couples and families, navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. My passion lies in guiding people through life transitions and helping them find clarity and purpose.

Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, and grounded in real life. I take the time to understand what you are experiencing and what would actually feel helpful, rather than offering generic advice or expecting you to change everything at once. I combine supportive talk therapy with practical problem-solving, executive-function strategies, psychoeducation, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.

Some sessions may focus on understanding the patterns keeping you stuck, while others may involve learning concrete tools, working through a difficult week, or breaking an overwhelming problem into manageable steps. I am warm, direct, and nonjudgmental, and I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation. My goal is to help you feel heard, understand yourself with less criticism, and leave sessions with greater clarity and practical ways to move forward.
